[Sydney, Australia] Coca-Cola Co. is holding a three-way review for its $12 million Coke Classic advertising business for Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines less than a year after taking the business away from McCann-Erickson Worldwide in a round of top-secret pitches. , the new incumbent, will pitch against McCann, owned by Interpublic Group of Cos. and Brown Melhuish Fishlock, an independent local agency that has done international project work for Coke. All three are Sydney-based. A decision is expected by the end of October. Separately, McCann's Madrid office denied speculation that Coke will review the brand Coke business in Spain, where McCann holds the account.
