By Published on .

[London] Final pitches by the three holding companies vying for Samsung's global account worth up to $700 million will be held in Seoul, South Korea, at the end of this week and early next week, with a decision likely in late July. The contenders are WPP Group, Publicis Groupe and Interpublic Group of Cos., whose Foote Cone & Belding and Initiative Media are the incumbents. WPP's Group Chief Executive Martin Sorrell and Maurice Levy, Publicis' chairman-CEO, have been heavily involved in courting Samsung.
