Co-founder exits Rainey Campbell

[London] M.T. Rainey, one of the U.K.'s most high-profile female agency chiefs, has resigned as chairman of Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/ Y&R, the agency she co-founded, effective April 2005. Chief Executive Jim Kelly is also leaving. The two founded Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe 11 years ago with Mark Roalfe and Robert Campbell and sold the agency to WPP Group to merge with Young & Rubicam U.K. in 1999. Their departure has been expected since the four partners completed their earn-out period last year. Mr. Roalfe, the agency's executive creative director, is expected to be named chairman. Mr. Campbell moved to Interpublic Group of Cos.' McCann Erickson last year.
