British Airways pulled radio and TV ads temporarily last week after staffing shortages and technical problems forced the airline to cancel dozens of flights at London's Heathrow airport. The current TV ad, launched in May, shows a businessman and his family at opposite ends of the globe. BA works with creative agency M&C Saatchi and media agency Publicis Groupe's ZenithOptimedia.
