M&C Saatchi will set up a second agency in Australia if it wins the $14 million Medibank Private account, a government-run health insurance company. The pitch has narrowed to three agencies, M&C's as-yet unnamed second shop, WPP's Young & Rubicam and incumbent George Patterson Bates, owned by agency management, venture-capital group Pacific Equity Partners and WPP. M&C already has a financial client in Australia.
