Japanese camera maker Olympus Europe is moving its $10-15 million European account to Interpublic Group of Cos.-backed Springer & Jacoby, in Amsterdam, where Springer & Jacoby recently opened an international headquarters. The account move from Interpublic's FCB Wilkens, Hamburg, in January 2005; advertisers in Germany usually have to give six months notice before changing agencies. Hamburg-based Springer & Jacoby recently opened an international headquarter in Amsterdam.
