Heinz, Reebok shift European media biz

By Published on .

[London] In pan-European media moves confirmed last week, H.J. Heinz split its $100 million European media business between Aegis Group's Vizeum and WPP Group's Mediaedge:cia, and Reebok will shift its estimated $36 million account in September to Omnicom Group's OMD Europe from WPP's Mediaedge:cia without a pitch. But Mediaedge:cia will pick up New Balance's $4.5 million account in the U.K., France and Germany.

For Heinz, Vizeum will handle planning and buying for the U.K., Netherlands and France, while Mediaedge:cia will be responsible for Italy, Spain and Portugal.
