[New York] WPP's Red Cell network named Laurence Mellman to the new position of London-based chief operating officer, a week after the resignation of Lee Daley, Red Cell's co-CEO and chief strategy officer. Andy Berlin, chairman of Berlin Cameron/Red Cell and the other co-CEO, will be the sole CEO.
