Tim Love, 54, to Tokyo the new post of president-global clients, at Omnicom Group's TBWA Worldwide, Tokyo. He was the New York-based vice chairman-international at Publicis Groupe's Saatchi & Saatchi, and spent 15 years working with Procter & Gamble Co. at D'Arcy in Europe and at Saatchi. In his new role, Mr. Love will oversee TBWA's relationship with its largest global client, Nissan. He will also hold the title co-chairman of G1 Worldwide, the joint venture TBWA formed in 1999 with Japanese agency Hakuhodo to serve Nissan worldwide. In a related move, Paul Bainsfair has been promoted to president for Europe from president of Northern Europe at TBWA.
