Joakim Jonason to new position of London-based international creative director of Scholz & Friends, a German-based European network that bought itself out from Cordiant Communications Group last year. Mr. Jonason, a leading Swedish creative director, set up a London agency with Publicis Groupe's Leo Burnett in May 2002 called Made in London that was intended to be a model for a network of Made agencies in other cities. Burnett sold its shares back to Mr. Jonason in November 2003 and the agency has since closed.

Paul Anderson, 30, to creative director, Interpublic Group of Cos.' Lowe & Partners Worldwide, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from creative group head, Publicis Groupe's Saatchi & Saatchi, Hong Kong. He replaces Alex Shipley who has left the agency.
