David Sable to president-Europe Middle East/Africa, Wunderman, a unit of WPP Group's Young & Rubicam. Mr. Sable will continue to manage client-partner relationships and provide strategic counsel to Wunderman's global clients. He will be based in London. He remains vice chairman. Previously, he had headed Wunderman's New York office.

Jonathan Browning, 45, VP-sales and marketing at General Motors Europe, adds oversight in those areas for GM's other brands there-Opel and Saab as part of the automaker's June 18 reorganization. The British native has held his current post since returning to GM in late 2001 from Ford Motor Co., where he had been managing director since 1997 of Jaguar Cars , based in the U.K.
