Red Cell shop opens in Argentina

[Buenos Aires] In a sign that Argentina is recovering from its 2001 economic collapse, agency executives are on the move. Dylan Williams and Martin Mercado have left Interpublic Group of Cos.' McCann-Erickson Worldwide, Buenos Aires, to open an office for WPP Group's Red Cell in Argentina. Mr. Williams, 49, will be general manager and Mr. Mercado, 35, is general creative director of WM/Red Cell. Separately, Dario Lanis and Juan Cravero are renegotiating their stake in Havas' Cravero Lanis Euro RSCG, Buenos Aires, and executives at Agulla & Baccetti, in which Interpublic's Lowe has a minority stake, announced they will be moving more into TV production.
