Saab hands launch to Leagas Delaney

[London] In another blow to Lowe's relationship in Europe with General Motors Corp., GM-owned Saab has handed lead status for the pan-European launch of Saab's 9-3 diesel model to independent Leagas Delaney. Although Interpublic Group of Cos.' Lowe Brindfors, Stockholm, Saab's global agency, will do poster ads for the car, the overall campaign will be led by Saab's Italian agency Leagas Delaney Italy. Lowe London has lost much of its General Motors business to Delaney Lund Knox Warren, in which Interpublic has a minority stake.
