[Taipei, Taiwan] Procter & Gamble Co. has tapped Publicis Groupe's Starcom
for the media buying business for its brands in Taiwan, including skin-care line SK II, Pantene and Clairol, worth about $25 million in billings. The appointment follows a pitch against Publicis-owned Zenith Media
. Previously, the media buying business was handled by Grey Global Group's MediaCom
, which did not participate in the pitch.
