and Publicis Groupe-backed Bartle Bogle Hegarty
, after dropping WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather
from the shortlist. The Interpublic Group of Cos.-owned Lowe has lost Unilever brands to Bartle Bogle in Europe. Both agencies were given a Flora project; a decision is expected as early as this week.
