DaimlerChrysler's Smart minicar is moving its estimated $20 million European account to BBDO Campaign, Duesseldorf, from Scholz & Friends, Hamburg. The unprofitable Smart division, which lost almost $4,858 on every car sold last year, will decide next year whether to launch the two-seater in the U.S. in 2007.
