Dentsu is setting up a joint venture in Ho Chi Minh City with Vietnamese agency Neko called Dentsu Alpha to court more business from Japanese companies in Vietnam; Dentsu has an 80% stake. Separately, Dentsu this month reopened its Moscow office, closed since 2001, in response to growing interest in Russia from Dentsu's Japanese clients.
