Henkel, the German marketer of cosmetics and household cleaners, is dropping Carat, Wiesbaden, one of its three global media agencies. It held about a third of the $540 million account. In Germany, business will be split between Henkel's other agencies, OMD Duesseldorf and Mediaedge:cia, Duesseldorf. In North America, Europe and Asia, Henkel's business will be divided between OMD and Mediaedge:cia.
