Heineken adds Strawberry Frog to roster

[Amsterdam] Heineken last week named Strawberry Frog, Amsterdam and New York, to its global roster. The independent agency bested McCann Erickson, London, in a shootout. Strawberry Frog will develop a global brand campaign estimated at $135 million for the beer-maker to launch in early 2006. The appointment doesn't affect local agency relationships and Strawberry Frog joins Publicis Worldwide on the global roster. "Strawberry Frog demonstrated a thorough strategic understanding of the brand and was amply able to bring that understanding to life in their creative," said Heineken global marketing communication manager Walter Drenth in a statement.
