Motorola taps MindShare for $148 million account

By Published on .

[London] Motorola has concluded its global media review by appointing MindShare to handle its $148 million pan-European account after a final shootout against Carat. MindShare recently won the Motorola business in Asia and Latin America. MindShare's main Motorola adversary, Carat, won the U.S. assignment, previously handled by Universal McCann, earlier this year. The mobile phone giant carried out the global media consolidation in order to reduce Motorola's roster from nine media agencies to two across the world. European pitches took place at the end of June.
