Salman Amin moves to London as PepsiCo U.K. president, from chief marketing officer, PepsiCo International. He succeeds Martin Glenn, 45, who is believed to have rejected offers of a new international role and is leaving the company. In the U.K., Mr. Glenn was credited with addressing growing consumer interest in health and wellness, including boosting Pepsi's healthful-juice portfolio with the acquisition of PJ Smoothies. Mr. Amin, a former international Procter & Gamble Co. executive, joined PepsiCo in 1995 as VP-marketing for Pepsi Cola International.
