Matthias Becker, 44, to general manager of Kronberg, Germany-based Gillette Group, responsible for marketing and sales of the Gillette, Braun, Oral-B and Duracell brands for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, from marketing director for detergents and cleansers at Procter & Gamble's European headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. He succeeds Pirjo Valiaho, who will take charge of Scandinavia for Gillette.

Alison Segar, 44, to new post of managing director responsible for planning at Grey, Dusseldorf, Germany, from Interpublic Group of Cos.' Springer & Jacoby, where she set up S&J Lucy Planning.
