Mark Tutssel, 47, to chief creative officer, Leo Burnett Worldwide, from deputy chief creative officer, succeeding Miguel Angel Furones, 56, at the end of 2006. Mr. Furones will remain chairman of Leo Burnett Iberia, overseeing Vitruvio/Leo Burnett Madrid, an agency he founded in 1980, and Leo Burnett Lisbon.

Otso Huovinen, 30, to account director, Interpublic Group of Cos.' R/GA. He's the first employee named to R/GA's new office in Helsinki, Finland, that's being opened to handle Nokia business. He was previously client manager for Nokia at Satama Interactive Oyj, another interactive marketing communications agency in Helsinki. He will work out of the Helsinki office of Interpublic sibling Lowe.

Mason Lin to chairman, Euro RSCG, Greater China, Beijing, from CEO. He will be succeeded by Richard Tan, previously VP, China, Shanghai.
