Welcome back to On Creativity, our online video series where we sit down with creative leaders to find out just what the hell they're thinking. For our third series, Creativity editor Teressa Iezzi sits down with executive creative director Gerry Graf in a very white-walled room at his TBWA/Chiat/Day, New York office.
