Comcast, Pando Work on P2P Rights, Responsibilities

Comcast will work with peer-to-peer companies and ISPs to create a “P2P Bill of Rights and Responsibilities,” NewTeeVee reports. The effort is being led by file-sharing company Pando Networks, which has been trying to find a way for ISPs to handle massive amounts of P2P data without throttling traffic. As part of the arrangement, Comcast, which recently said it would stop throttling BitTorrent traffic, said it will test the Pando technology.
