Google Releases AdSense for Videos

By Sergio Published on .

Google has begun its video ad program, AdSense for Video, TVWeek.com reports. Video publishers will be able to place text ads and earn revenue on a per-click basis, or place video overlays on their content and earn per-thousand-impressions. Google will roll out AdSense for Video with some partner sites, such as Revver, Blip.tv and Brightcove. According to NewTeeVee, independent U.S.-based and English-language sites with 1 million clip streams will be able to participate in the program at this point in time.
