Metacafe Founders Sell Stock, Leave Company

Metacafe co-founders Arik Czerniak and Ofer Adler have left the Web video company, cashing in their stock for about $2.5 million each, TechCrunch says, citing Israeli newspaper the Marker. Czerniak left the role of company CEO last year but stayed on the board, while Adler remained as an investor and adviser. Their combined holdings made up only 5% of the company’s shares.
