Online TV Consumption on Rise; Ad Dollars Trail Behind

A Convergence Consulting Group study finds that 9% of all broadcast and cable TV consumption in 2007 happened online, Silicon Alley Insider observes. While the group expects that number to rise to 23% by 2010, it also notes that only 2% of advertising money went to online TV clips last year.
