P2P Takes Up 80% of Bandwidth

Peer-to-peer sharing is unfairly hogging 80% of Internet traffic, Anagran founder and Web pioneer Lawrence Roberts said at the Structure ’08 conference, reports NewTeeVee. The number is higher than previous studies have found. Roberts added computing clouds should be used for delivering video bandwidth instead.
