Pakistan Lifts YouTube Ban

By Sergio Published on .

Pakistan’s government has lifted the ban on YouTube within its country after it accidentally caused the popular video site to shut down for about an hour and a half this past weekend, NewTeeVee reports. As previously noted in WebVideoReport, Pakistan blocked YouTube because of content it deemed as anti-Islamic. The worldwide blackout happened when YouTube’s IP number was accidently blocked by several ISPs.
