Peer-to-Peer Sites May Face Closure

File-sharing sites such as BTMON.com, BTJunkie.org and myBittorrent.com may shut down after Dutch Web hoster LeaseWeb faced pressure from rights holders miffed that their content is being spirited around the Internet without permission. A Dutch anti-piracy body got an injunction against LeaseWeb, which had taken a laissez faire attitude toward the torrent sites, which media companies say use P2P to facilitate piracy, NewTeeVee reports.
