Porn Producer Sues Naughty YouTube Knockoff

Vivid Entertainment Group, a major pornographic film producer, is suing PornoTube and its parent, Data Conversions Inc. for letting users post copyright material, the Los Angeles Times says. Titles including “Night Nurses” and “Where the Boys Aren’t” are allegedly being copied without permission. It may be the first suit of its kind in the porn industry, and reflects the fact that the same copyright problems plaguing major networks are hitting porn companies in the wallet.
