Prince Wants 'Creep' Offline

By Sergio Published on .

Recording artist Prince has been asking YouTube to remove fan-recorded clips of his live cover of Radiohead’s “Creep,” performed at April’s Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, NewTeeVee notes, citing the Huffington Post. However, his request brings up the question of digital ownership and rights, since Radiohead is the copyright owner of the song. Prince is known to be strict when it comes to his material on the Internet, while Radiohead has embraced the YouTube culture with its own channel.
