SpotXchange Lands Investors

SpotXchange, an online video advertising network, has secured an undisclosed amount of funding from investors during its first round of solicitations, the company reports. SpotXchange’s patent-pending technology lets advertisers and publishers buy and sell Web video spots through a “true, real-time auction marketplace” that currently boasts more than 1 billion impressions per month. Among the investors is Crispin Porter & Bogusky’s chief creative officer Alex Bogusky.
