AT&T Considers Antipiracy Steps in Video

AT&T, the biggest U.S. phone company, is checking out content-recognition technology from a company called Vobile that would help it guard against illegal distribution of shows over the phone company’s data network, Business Week reported. The idea is to create a no-piracy zone using technology from Vobile, which has attracted a $10 million investment from AT&T, NBC and Disney.
