Web Activists Take New Shot at Comcast

The Hands Off the Internet Coalition told the FCC the agency has authority to investigate Comcast over claims the cable giant interferes with transmission of data by peer-to-peer networks, Broadcasting & Cable reports. Comcast has said it does manage its network to keep it efficient if a user’s activities take enough bandwidth to negatively affect other customers.
