YouTube Fails to Filter Out Copyrighted Material

BayTSP, which monitors YouTube for copyrighted video on behalf of clients such as Viacom, says YouTube's filtering system meant to keep such material off the site isn’t working, Silicon Alley Insider reports. The system, in place since October, hasn’t led to any decrease in pirated video, BayTSP claims.
