YouTube Lets Users Annotate Video Clips

YouTube launched a video annotations tool that will allow clip owners to overlay comments and links on their clips. Unveiled in the site’s official blog, the video annotations will appear as default over videos but can be turned off in the clip’s menu bar. The tool is still in its English-language beta version, but is expected to add support for other languages.
