Zucker Says Digital to Be Viable in Five Years

In a recent appearance on “The Charlie Rose Show,” NBC Universal President-CEO Jeff Zucker said it will take about five years before earning money through digital means will become viable in the way traditional TV is, PaidContent reports. He also admitted that YouTube had a lot of influence on the way Hulu was developed, and he thinks the Web video giant has become better at keeping unauthorized NBC content offline.
