Coca-Cola Co. and bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises were cleared by Belgium and France to resume production at three plants involved in a contamination scare that began June 9. A campaign to reintroduce Coke was expected as early as June 26 or 27. Chairman-CEO Douglas Ivester said the company was considering a plan to deliver free Coca-Cola to every Belgian household.
