Kelly Mooney

Chief Experience Officer, IBM iX North America

As IBMiX North America’s first Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Kelly provides leadership to the iX North America strategy, creative and design disciplines.

Prior to this role Kelly was CEO of Resource/Ammirati, one of the country's largest independent digital marketing agencies and the first acquired by IBM iX. Under her direction, the agency attracted clients such as CVS, P&G, Kohl's, Nestlé/Purina and Victoria's Secret, and drove a legacy of innovation across ecommerce, social media, content creation and analytics.

A past Ad Age"Woman to Watch," Kelly is also a frequent speaker at industry events and author of The Open Brand and The Ten Demandments. She is chief architect of the IBM iX Brand Belonging Study and POV, and hosts The Belonging Brief podcast on the same topic.
