Once you submit your registration fee, you will receive an email with a link to “Next Steps.” Clicking that link will take you to a page to fill out some additional information with our research partner, Buck Consultants.
At that time, you will designate a primary contact who will receive the employer survey by e-mail. That survey takes about 30 minutes to complete and is due Sept. 7. Employers will submit employee e-mail addresses along with their completed employer survey. Employees will subsequently receive a survey by e-mail, which they will complete using a secure web-based platform. That survey takes about five minutes, and employees are given three weeks to complete it. The evaluation process is based solely on the two surveys—there are no site visits or telephone interviews.
