BEIJING (AdAgeChina.com) - WPP's JWT won the most new creative business in China during January 2009, according to R3, a brand consultancy based in Beijing, largely thanks to picking up Uni-President's iced tea account.

China Mobile's $111 million annual media spending budget pushed Zenith Media to the top of the ranking of scoreboard for new business wins among media agencies. Carat followed with big wins from Bayer and AIA.
