The Hong Kong-based independent agency WE Marketing Group ranked second after picking up new accounts like creative for the Chinese cosmetics brand, Dabao.
TBWA Worldwide held on to its third-place ranking, according to Greg Paull, a principal at the marketing consultancy R3 in Beijing.
Zenith Optimedia continues to hold the No. 1 spot among media agencies in China after winning new business from GQ magazine, China Mobile, and Schering-Plough. Carat remains in second place, followed by Mindshare, Universal McCann and PHD.
