More than 80% of Chinese plan to see the Olympic Games opening ceremony

More than 80% of Chinese plan to see the opening ceremony for the Olympic Games in Beijing on Aug. 8 and are interested in watching the games, according to a phone survey of 40,000 respondents aged 15 to 65 in 36 Chinese cities. Another 13.8% say they may watch the opening ceremony if they have time. Over 70% plan to follow the games every day.
