Also, BBH's Steve Elrick has relocated to Shanghai as exec creative director, China, but will retain his existing position as ECD, Asia/Pacific. Previously he was based in Singapore | Yvonne Lo has resigned as CEO, China of BBDO Worldwide in Shanghai. Tom Kao, BBDO's deputy chairman, Asia/Pacific in Hong Kong, will assume her role until a replacement is appointed | Hong Kong-based New World Mobility has partnered with Linktone and Emperor Entertainment Group to launch Star Mobile, a mobile value-added entertainment service featuring Chinese pop stars, to over 320 million mobile users in China | Jean-Michel Wu to group talent resources director, Ogilvy & Mather, a new position in Shanghai from human resource manager, Ogilvy, Bangkok | Tammy Sheu to general manager, Grey Worldwide, Beijing from business director, Ogilvy & Mather, Shanghai. She replaces Josh Li, formerly managing director, Grey, Beijing, who is leaving the company after 11 years to set up his own agency | Jeremy Sy to associate planning director, TBWA Worldwide, Beijing from the same position at JWT, Shanghai | Hsi Shen Lin to managing director, Taiwan of ESPN Star Sports, based in Taipei from VP, ETTV News, also in Taipei. ESPN Star Sports is a joint venture between ESPN Inc. and News Corp.'s Star Group. Mr. Hsi replaces Michael Cheng, who has left the industry to open a restaurant in Taipei.
