Esther Lee is Senior Vice President-Brand Marketing and Advertising for AT&T. In her role, Ms. Lee oversees all brand marketing, advertising creative and media strategy for AT&T.
Before joining AT&T, she served as Chief Executive Officer of North America and President of Global Brands for Euro RSCG Worldwide. During her tenure, she improved the company's profitability and created a culture of innovation and collaboration. In that position, she was responsible for managing the network's 23 North American marketing and advertising services companies and 42 global brands. During her tenure, she improved the company's profitability and created a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Previously, she served for five years as Global Chief Creative Officer for The Coca-Cola Company where she drove creative strategy and development of fully-integrated campaigns for the company's global brands. Most notably, she drove the creation, development and launch of the "Coke Side of Life" global campaign—the most acclaimed and successful campaign for the world's most loved brand in years.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Lee satisfied her entrepreneurial drive by founding DiNoto Lee with her creative partner from Deutsch Advertising and grew her shop into a $75 million agency in just four years. Previously at Deutsch, she was EVP, Director of Client Services, launching two new Deutsch business units in interactive and direct-marketing. Earlier in her career, Lee worked at JWT and DMB&B. Throughout her advertising track, she worked for many of the world's top marketers, including Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Citibank, CNN and IKEA.
