
Jill Steinberg is Senior Director of Media & Promotions at Ubisoft and has been with the company for over eight years. As the head of Media, Jill oversees the planning and buying of all forms of advertising. As the head of Promotions she oversees partnership planning and negotiations including in-game and co-marketing programs with a wide variety of consumer and technology brands.
Jill's is also responsible for consumer industry events, college marketing, and local promotional campaigns for all Ubisoft titles. She is a co-founder of Ubisoft's Frag Doll professional team of competitive female gamers; currently boasting 1.47 million followers on Twitter, www.fragdolls.com. In addition to her experience in videogame marketing, Jill has a diverse background in film marketing at Sony and Universal Pictures as well as a variety of interactive and traditional ad agency positions in the U.S. and London.
Prior to joining Ubisoft Jill was the lead Interactive Media Strategist servicing the Quaker Oats Kid Innovation marketing group and Nestlé's beverage division. Originally from Los Angeles Jill is an active member of the non-profit organization The Fulfillment Fund, a college access organization providing mentoring, counseling and guidance to disadvantaged Los Angeles youth, and its partner organization in the Bay Area, First Graduate. She earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
