Roy Bahat joined IGN Entertainment as General Manager in 2007 and was named President in September 2009. Roy serves as operational head of the Company's network of videogame and entertainment properties, while working closely with NewsCorp. Digital Media Group to help map out the company's broader online videogame strategy.

Under his leadership, Roy has cemented IGN's position as the premier online destination for the videogames audience and expanded its reach in other areas, including original video, digital distribution, and free-to-play gaming.

Previously, Roy served on News Corporation's business development team in New York. Before joining News Corp., Roy held various roles in the public sector, both in the Office of New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and at New York's 2012 Olympic Bid. He previously worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Roy graduated from Harvard College and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University.
