Cancellation / Refund Policy
If notification of cancellation is received before March 30, 2010, a full refund will be granted, less an administrative fee of $25. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 30th. All cancellations and/or changes must be submitted in writing to aaevents@adage.com. Substitutions for registrations are permitted.
